4Th Entry for Joan's Weekly Challenge

Ok, we are making progress, Please read first tag Posting for all details regarding the Tag Challenge, I think I made 8 tags for now, don't know how many more I will get done before the challenge ends, but I do hope to make all my tags this year. Take care for now. This image i paper pieced. The snow flake is plastic and I cover it and the edge of the snow with stickles, piece of Ribbon is across the bottom and the penguins eyes do roll around.
