Spring Garden Card

Hi, hope everyone had a great weekend and their new week is going well, as we all live for the weekends!!
Just a quick post today, here is a card I did for a challenge and exchange, the challenge is for a Girlie card, so mine has flowers and flowers are girlie, so it is girlie as this chick gets, as I was raised a tom boy!! I was always playing in the Creek with the frogs and turtles, have always had an affinity with and for animals.

Anyway, the challenge is at Joan's garden "here", great place to shop and see lots of great creations and challenges, stop by if you get the chance.
Then my card will be off at some points for places unknown, for the monthly card exchange over at Lily Pad Cards, HERE. Another great place. I have been doing their monthly card exchange for a long time now, and it is so nice to send and receive cards from all over the world.

Oh well, house to clean, dinner to cook, I am sure you all know the routine.
See you soon, God willing.

  1. Hi Donna. How are you sweetie. Just wanted to pop in and say hello & see what your up too. So love this card today. Your blending of inks is totally amazing on this card. You must have used your Cricuit right to make that gate. It is so amazing and love all the flowers. Your card will be loved for sure in this exchange at Lily Pad. I also wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten you or my package for you. I have just had so many to send and only so many funds to send it all. So I had to wait until after I sent out my Blog Candy winners packages. So now that is out of the way I will be sending your package this week okay. I do so appreciate you and your kindness to me and wanted to send a little something to show so. I pray that your feeling better sweetie and that days are better for your breathing now that it isn't has hot. Take care and I will check back in again. I did add you to my list of blogging friends on my blog as well. Thanks for inspiring. Hugs.

  2. Donna, what a cute card. I love your back ground colors of the sun and sky. The gate is so cute too. Great job.

Thanks for joining us at Joan's Gardens for the Hope You Can Cling To Challenge.

  3. Love the spring themed card and the way you used the flourishes and flowers.
